Workshops of JIST 2014


                                        Preface

The workshops are held in conjunction with the conference: 4th Joint International Semantic
Technology Conference (JIST 2014), which takes place during November 9-11, 2014, Chiang
Mai, Thailand. The aim of the workshops is to provide an opportunity for participants for in-
depth discussion of current and emerging topics of the semantic technologies.

This year, we accepted two workshop proposals with the goal of exploring focused issues
across various themes. All submissions to the workshops were reviewed by the program
committees of the workshops. In total, 12 papers are included in the proceedings. We
believe that the workshops would foster interactions between different communities within
the scope of JIST.

We would like to thank the organizers of the two workshops and the authors of the papers,
the workshop program committee members, and JIST 2014 local organizers for their effort
to make this happen.
