The second version of this Spring School on Networks (SSN) presented a set of keynotes and lectures given by top researchers and practitioners, an academic conference, and a poster session. The talks were made in Spanish and Portuguese, articles were wrote in same languages but they also included an abstract in English. Travel and attendance grants were courtesy of ACM SIGCOMM and Internet Society.
