Preface The second version of this Spring School on Networks (SSN) presented a set of keynotes and lectures given by top researchers and practitioners, an academic conference, and a poster session. The talks were made in Spanish and Portuguese, articles were wrote in same languages but they also included an abstract in English. The School was held in the Faculty of Engineering, Universidad de Chile, in November 21-22, 2016 and it covered various subjects related to Internet Resilience, such as design of robust and resilient networks, network monitoring, systems analysis tools (online and offline), including visualization and machine learning algorithms applied to the analysis of distributed systems. Travel and attendance grants were courtesy of ACM SIGCOMM and Internet Society.
