The International Research and Practice Conference “Information Technologies and Security” is annually held by Institute for Information Recording of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The collection includes selected papers presented at the XVI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information Technologies and Security" (ITS-2016, December 1, 2016, Kiev, Ukraine). The proceedings devoted to creation and implementation of information technologies, current problems of technological and legal support of information and cybersecurity, counteracting informational operations and cyberterrorism, conducting research studies based on analysis of Internet content. The proceedings would be useful for specialists in the field of information technologies, information security, information law, as well as for postgraduate students and for university students in the relevant specialties.
