Wie in den vergangenen Jahren besteht das technisch-wissenschaftliche Hauptprogramm der Konferenz aus mehreren thematisch eigenständigen Workshops, die den wesentlichen Bestandteil des Tagungs-Programms darstellen. Durch das offene Workshop-Format ist es in besonderer Weise möglich, neue Themengebiete des Wissensmanagements und verwandten Gebieten zu fördern und eine starke Vernetzung und Kooperation von Wissenschaft und Praxis zu erreichen. Prinzipiell sind alle Themen mit klarem Wissensmanagementbezug mögliche Workshop-Themen. Wir bedanken uns bei allen Workshop-Organisatorinnen und -Organisatoren, Autorinnen und Autoren, die mit Ihrem Engagement und Ihren Beiträgen dem vorliegenden Band eine besondere Qualität verleihen. Jede Einreichung wurde von zwei bis drei Experten der beteiligten Disziplinen in teilweise mehreren Überarbeitungsphasen in einem double-blindVerfahren begutachtet. Similar to previous years, the main technical-scientific program consists of several thematic workshops that make up most of the conference program. The open workshop format allows facilitating new areas of knowledge management and related areas as well as connecting and achieving cooperation between science and practice. Generally, all topics with a clear relation to knowledge management can be workshop themes.
We would like to thank all the workshop organisers and to the authors, who have enriched the quality of this volume by their initiatives and their contributions.
