The International Research and Practice Conference “Information Technologies and Security” is annually held by Institute for Information Recording of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The collection includes selected papers presented at the XVII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information Technologies and Security" (ITS-2017, November 30, 2017, Kyiv, Ukraine). The proceedings devoted to cyber-security of critical infrastructures, modeling and prevention of information operations, technologies of informational and analytic research based on open information sources, ontological approach, semantic networks, scenario analysis in the process of decision-making support, computer modeling of processes and systems, topical problems of technological and legal support of cybernetic and information security. The proceedings would be useful for specialists of information technologies, information security, information law, as well as for Ph.D. students and senior-year students of higher educational establishments of respective profiles.
