<article-title>Robotik Süreç Otomasyonu (RPA) İçin Mikro-servis Mimarisinin Önemi</article-title>
      </title-group>
      <abstract>

Robotic Process Automation (Robotic Process Automation - RPA) has started to enter
our lives in the context of digital transformation. Especially daily and repetitive processes
are performed by information systems instead of people; Besides of the terms ”white
collar” and “blue collar” we have also to deal with so-called “metal collar”. Thus, a new
systematic approach has emerged in order to meet the need of product and process
efficiency and overall quality.

In order for the RPA concept to make such active contributions to the business world,
processes need to be automated within the context of digitalization. Automating the
processes requires solution of many technical problems. Designing independent processes,
descriptive development of processes, parametric integration of processes with big data,
seamless integration of processes in different organizations, process governance of all
processes are examples of these fundamental problems.

Solving such complex problems cannot lead to effective results by considering only the
“process“ dimension. In addition, it is inevitable to use proper architectural designs, in
informatics environments where these processes are modeled, simulated, operated,
managed and improved. When approached to the subject in terms of architecture, the
effective integration of services and processes, which can be defined and managed
independently of each other, is of particular importance. In this context, the newly provided
and increasingly adopted micro-service model by the industry can be of great benefit for
the required generation service design.

In this speech, the concept of RPA will be briefly explained, challenges using the RPA
approach will be explained and the important solutions of the micro-service model will be
shared in detail with the audience in overcoming the obstacles to the approach of RPA.
