Proceedings of the 5th International Young Scientists Conference on Information Technologies, Telecommunications and Control Systems (ITTCS) – 2018 This year we select 23 out of 47 scientific reports for the presentation at the conference. 114 authors from 5 countries took part in the event. The following tracks were discussed at the conference: Automated control systems, Mathematical modeling, numerical methods and program complexes, Radiotechnical, radar and navigation systems, System analysis and information processing, Telecommunication systems and computer networks. The program of the conference included speeches of invited lecturers and representatives of sponsoring companies – Keysight Technologies and NPO RusBITech – and presentation of plenary reports on tracks. The conference objectives The Conference agenda works as a competence platform, providing facilities for efficient communication to boost the IT science and engineering knowledge of young scientists and help them in their professional development. Young scientists are be given a unique chance not only to improve their presentation skills and public speaking abilities but to gain an experience of independent scholar publication.
