The International Research and Practice Conference “Information Technologies and Security” is annually held by Institute for Information Recording of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The collection includes selected papers presented at the XVIII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information Technologies and Security" (ITS-2018, November 27, 2018, Kyiv, Ukraine). Selected conference papers cover such issues as critical infrastructure cyber-security, open source-based information and analytical research technologies, ontological approach, semantic networks, decision-making support, computer modeling of processes and systems, relevant problems of technological support of information and cybernetic security. The proceedings would be useful for specialists of information technologies, information security, as well as for Ph.D. students and senior-year students of higher educational establishments of respective profiles.
