Preface

 It is our pleasure to present you the proceedings of the Second International Workshop on Computer Modeling and Intelligent Systems (CMIS- 2019 ), held in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine on 15-19 of April 2019 . The main purpose of the CMIS-2019 workshop is a discussion of the recent research results in all areas of Computer Sciences and Information Technologies. The language of CMIS-2019 Workshop is English. The workshop took the form of oral and poster presentations of peer-reviewed regular papers . The Organizing Committee have received 130 submissions, out of which 81 were accepted for presentation as a regular papers. These papers were published in this volume of CMIS- 2019 proceedings.
