Preface It is our pleasure to present you the proceedings of the Second International Work- shop on Computer Modeling and Intelligent Systems (CMIS-2019), held in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine on 15-19 of April 2019. The main purpose of the CMIS-2019 workshop is a discussion of the recent re- search results in all areas of Computer Sciences and Information Technologies. The workshop is soliciting literature review, survey and research papers including, whilst not limited to, the following areas of interest: – Computer modeling; – Computational intelligence; – Signal and image processing; – Information Systems and Technologies; – CAD / CAM / CAE; – IoT / IoE; – ICT for Engineering, Medicine and Education. The workshop joined scientists from Austria, Belarus, Belgium, China, Czech Re- public, Germany, India, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Swaziland, and Ukraine. The language of CMIS-2019 Workshop is English. The workshop took the form of oral and poster presentations of peer-reviewed regular papers. The Organizing Committee have received 130 submissions, out of which 81 were accepted for presentation as a regular papers. These papers were published in this volume of CMIS-2019 proceedings. The workshop would not have been possible without the support of many people. First of all, we would like to thank our partners Ligth IT and Computools LLC.
