      <abstract>
        <p>Software 2.0 - the augmentation and replacement of traditional code with ML models, especially deep neural networks - is changing how we develop, deploy, and maintain software. In this talk, I will describe this transition and its associated challenges for the database community. I will conclude with a set of open research challenges.</p>
