Proceedings of the 6th International Young Scientists Conference on Information
Technologies, Telecommunications and Control Systems (ITTCS) – 2019

This year’s Conference was being held as part of collaboration between Innopolis University and Ural
Federal University. The event have took place on 6th December at two cites in parallel. This year we
select 22 out of 39 scientific papers which are of the high scientific and practical importance. The
participants represent the Kazan Federal University, Bashkir Federal University, Volga State
University of Technology, Kazan National Research Technical University, Ural Federal University
and Innopolis University.
The following tracks were discussed at the conference:
    • Software Engineering,
    • Telecommunication systems and computer networks,
    • Mathematical modeling, numerical methods and program complexes,
    • System analysis and information processing,
    • Automated control systems.

The conference objectives
The Conference agenda works as a competence platform, providing facilities for efficient
communication to boost the IT science and engineering knowledge of young scientists and help them
in their professional development. Young scientists are be given a unique chance not only to improve
their presentation skills and public speaking abilities but to gain an experience of independent scholar
publication. New alliances between young scientists are built, and existing partnerships are
strengthened at the Conference platform.
