The objectives of the workshop were to bring together researchers interested in different aspects of models and methods of Information Systems and computer science to share their experience in the use of computer-based engineering research and to strengthen links between universities and research organizations of all levels by means of combining excellence in teaching, learning and researching.</p>

this volume. All the papers reviewed by independent experts and members of the
program committee.</p>
