across Siberia since 2004. In 2019 the Conference was held in Novosibirsk from the 03th to the 06th of December. The papers were presented in four sections: Information and computing technologies in medicine and biology, Methods of data processing and analysis, extraction of facts and knowledge, Technologies for building distributed information and computing systems and electronic libraries and digital collections. Every day of the Conference started with two keynote talks that together represent the main directions of research in distributed information and computing systems in Russia. The meetings of the Conference were broadcast live on the Internet.
