1 Overview
REFSQ 2020 encouraged researchers and practitioners to submit poster and tool demonstration proposals cov-
ering any aspect of Requirements Engineering. This REFSQ track gives researchers the chance to present recent
work, obtain early feedback on ongoing research, and raise awareness of current tool prototypes.
A total of twelve submissions for the posters and tools track were received; seven poster proposals and five
tool demonstration proposals. Submissions were reviewed by at least three members of the Program Committee
(PC), resulting in four tool demonstrations and five posters getting accepted:

    • RESim - Automated Detection of Duplicated Requirements in Software Engineering Projects
Quim Motger, Cristina Palomares, and Jordi Marco
    • The AMASS Tool Platform: An Innovative Solution for Assurance and Certication of Cyber-Physical Sys-
      tems
Jose Luis de la Vara, Eugenio Parra, Alejandra Ruiz, and Barbara Gallina
    • Continuous Management of Requirement Decisions Using the ConDec Tools
Anja Kleebaum, Jan Ole Johanssen, Barbara Paech, and Bernd Bruegge
    • Formal Requirements Elicitation with FRET
Dimitra Giannakopoulou, Thomas Pressburger, Anastasia Mavridou, Julian Rhein, Johann Schumann, and

In addition to presenting a poster or demonstrating a tool during the conference, each submission also describes
the research work in the form of a short paper. These papers are included in the REFSQ 2020 Joint Proceedings
of Co-located Events.
Special emphasis was placed this year on making this track more popular and lively. The REFSQ 2020 was
the first edition of the conference to select the best tool demonstration by the PC, and the best posters based
on the conference attendees’ votes. In addition to an award, the best poster and tools received the opportunity
to present the work during a time slot of the main track.

We would like to thank the PC members for their help in promoting the track, reviewing the submissions, and
picking the best tool. The PC consisted of the following persons:
