                                  Preface


    These proceedings contain the papers accepted for the main program at the
11th Majorov International Conference on Software Engineering and Computer
Systems (MICSECS 2019). Similarly to the previous editions, MICSECS 2019
features a peer-reviewing process in which every paper was reviewed in a rigorous
but constructive way by three members of the Program Committee, supported
by EasyChair. The last year, the number of applicants increased by 1.5 times,
and as a result 173 applications were submitted. The authors represented 17
universities, 4 research centers, 4 commercial companies and one lyceum. The
strict reviewing policies resulted in the acceptance of 61%. This translates into
an acceptance of 32 full research papers and in an addition 38 papers were
accepted for short presentation and have also been given space in these pro-
ceedings. Established researchers and industry representatives were invited for
keynote presentations at MICSECS 2019. We are grateful to the keynote speak-
ers for their insightful talks. The program also included posters and position
paper presentations to help attendees, especially younger researchers, to discuss
preliminary ideas and promising PhD topics. We would like to express our grat-
itude to various people who made MICSECS 2019 possible, and to the members
of the Technical Program Committee for their valuable work in evaluating the
submitted papers.
