PREFACE
The Scientific and Technical Conference "Secure Information Technologies" (BIT 2019) is
traditionally held with the organizational support of the Information Security Department (IU-8)
of Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
This collection includes 21 peer-reviewed articles presented at the conference. A total of 78
notes, papers and scientific reports were considered at the conference.
