This volume represents the proceedings of the 1st International Workshop on
Intelligent Information Technologies &amp; Systems of Information Security, held in
Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine, in June, 2020. It comprises 30 contributed papers that were
carefully peer-reviewed and selected out of 91 submissions.</p>

      <p>Preface</p>
      <p>It is our pleasure to present you the proceedings of 1st International Workshop on
Intelligent Information Technologies &amp; Systems of Information Security
(IntelITSIS2020), online held in Khmelnytskyi (Ukraine) on June 10-12, 2020.</p>
      <p>1st International Workshop on Intelligent Information Technologies &amp; Systems of
Information Security (IntelITSIS-2020) is organized by Computer Engineering &amp;
System Programming Department of Khmelnytskyi National University with the
support of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION “UKRAINIAN SCIENTIFIC AND
EDUCATIONAL IT SOCIETY”.</p>
      <p>The IntelITSIS-2020 focuses on all technical and practical aspects of the latest
research and results of international scientists and practitioners related to intelligent
information technologies &amp; information security systems. This workshop provides
opportunities to exchange new ideas, to establish business or research relations and to
find global partners for future collaboration.</p>
      <p>International Program Committee of Workshop has 36 members. More than 97 %
of the IntelITSIS-2020 International Program Committee members have more than 10
DBLP papers. There are the representatives of 9 Ukrainian Universities and of 15
Universities from around the world (United Kingdom, USA, Austria, Slovakia, Czech
Republic, Turkey, Poland, Estonia, and Greece).</p>
      <p>1st International Workshop on Intelligent Information Technologies &amp; Systems of
Information Security received 91 submissions from Ukraine and the world. The
IntelITSIS-2020 joined scientists from Ukraine, United Kingdom, USA, Austria,
Slovakia, Czech Republic, Turkey, Poland, Kazakhstan, Estonia, Germany, Belarus,
Indonesia and Greece. In general, the representatives from 22 Universities from
around the world, 5 industrial partners from Ukraine and 69 Ukrainian Universities,
Colleges and Lyceums submitted their papers to participate in the workshop.</p>
      <p>All papers were evaluated by two or three reviewers. Based on the reviews, a rating
of papers was compiled. Papers with a positive average scores were accepted for
presentation at the Workshop. According to the decision of the International Program
Committee, 32 papers were conditionally accepted for presentation at the workshop.
We received camera-ready papers, which were also evaluated by reviewers (it was
checked whether all comments and recommendations were taken into account).</p>
      <p>As a result, only 30 camera ready papers are accepted for presentation at the
Workshop. The scientists from Ukraine, United Kingdom, USA, Austria, Slovakia,
Czech Republic, Turkey, Poland, Estonia, Belarus, and Greece take part in
IntelITSIS-2020. In general, the representatives from 19 Universities from around the
world, 3 industrial partners from Ukraine and 28 Ukrainian Universities, Colleges and
Lyceums take part in the workshop. So, final acceptance rate is 33%.</p>
      <p>I would like to thank the members of International Program Committee and
Organizing Committee, and external reviewers for their excellent and tireless work. I
sincerely wish everyone fruitful work and interesting presentations! I hope that the
workshop results make a significant contribution to the development of intelligent
information technologies &amp; information security systems in Ukraine.</p>
