9th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information Control Systems & Technologies" (ICST-2020) is organized by Information Technology Department Odessa National Polytechnic.
The ICST-2020 focuses on all technical and practical aspects of the latest research and results of international scientists and practitioners related to information control systems and technologies. This conference provides opportunities to exchange new ideas, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
International Program Committee of Conference has 38 members. More than 93 % of the ICST-2020 International Program Committee members have more than 10 DBLP papers. There are the representatives of 9 Ukrainian Universities and of 17 Universities from around the world (United Kingdom, USA, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Egypt, India, Lebanon, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia).
9th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information Control Systems & Technologies" received 94 submissions from Ukraine and the world. Scientists from Ukraine, Great Britain, USA, Austria, China, Canada, Serbia, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia took part in ICST2020. Representatives of 23 universities from all over the world, and 53 Ukrainian universities and colleges presented their papers.

The Conference is soliciting literature review, survey and research papers including, whilst not limited to, the following areas of interest: - Information control systems; - Intelligent systems and data analysis; - Modeling and software engineering.
All papers were evaluated by 3 or 5 reviewers. Based on the reviews, a rating of papers was compiled. Papers with a positive average scores were accepted for presentation at the Conference.
We received camera-ready papers, which were also evaluated by reviewers (it was checked whether all comments and recommendations were taken into account). As a result, only 52 camera ready papers are accepted for presentation at the Conference. The scientists from Ukraine, Great Britain, USA, Austria, China, Canada, Serbia, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Egypt, Georgia took part in ICST-2020. In general, the conference was attended by representatives of 19 universities from around the world, 38 Ukrainian universities and colleges (57 institutions in total). So, final acceptance rate is 54%.

We sincerely wish everyone fruitful work and interesting presentations! We hope that the conference results make a significant contribution to the development of information control systems & technologies in Ukraine.
