Preface
ICT&ES sets a goal to serve as a platform for publishing research results, sharing findings with other
researchers, and development of collaborations between scientists. With active tremendous pace of
technologies development, ICT&ES concentrates on development of models and methods in context of
modern technologies and concepts (IoT, SDN, AI, Big Data, Data Mining, Blockchain, etc.).
The ICT&ES workshop’s list of topics includes the following items but is not limited to them:
● Information systems
● Intellectual systems
● Software design and modeling
● Cybersecurity
● Computer networks
● Internet-of-Things
● Mathematical modeling
● Embedded Systems
● Software and Hardware components of ES
● FPGA-based systems.

International Program Committee consists of 21 members. All of them have more than 10 DBLP
publications.

The proceedings consists of 2 invited papers and 18 contributed papers that were carefully peer-reviewed
and selected out of 39 submissions. All papers that passed the preliminary verification process (formal
requirements to the submission, plagiarism check, and relevance to the workshop topics), received 2, 3, or 4
reviews. The final score was calculated as an average value of each paper. The acceptance rate is 46.1%.
The workshop was held in online mode due to the pandemic situation using Google Meet service. The
recorded video of the workshop is available at

We would like to thank all members of the Program Committee, Organizing Committee, all sponsors and
partners. Special words of appreciation are devoted to authors of the papers and attendees who presented
their work at the workshop. We sincerely thank to invited papers, Vladik Kreinovich, Martine Ceberio,
Olga Kosheleva (University of Texas, El Paso, USA), and Vyacheslav Kharchenko (National Aerospace
University KhAI, Kharkiv, Ukraine), who are the leading scientists in their fields, for presentation of their
works at the workshop. We also would like to express our gratitude to sponsors and partners of the event.
