Preface ICT&ES sets a goal to serve as a platform for publishing research results, sharing findings with other researchers, and development of collaborations between scientists. With active tremendous pace of technologies development, ICT&ES concentrates on development of models and methods in context of modern technologies and concepts (IoT, SDN, AI, Big Data, Data Mining, Blockchain, etc.). The ICT&ES workshop’s list of topics includes the following items but is not limited to them: ● Information systems ● Intellectual systems ● Software design and modeling ● Cybersecurity ● Computer networks ● Internet-of-Things ● Mathematical modeling ● Embedded Systems ● Software and Hardware components of ES ● FPGA-based systems. The workshop joined researches from Ukraine, USA, Germany, United Kingdom, Poland, Mexico, Canada, Spain, Romania, Italy, Czech Republic, Norway, Estonia and Israel. International Program Committee consists of 21 members. All of them have more than 10 DBLP publications. The proceedings consists of 2 invited papers and 18 contributed papers that were carefully peer-reviewed and selected out of 39 submissions. All papers that passed the preliminary verification process (formal requirements to the submission, plagiarism check, and relevance to the workshop topics), received 2, 3, or 4 reviews. The final score was calculated as an average value of each paper. The acceptance rate is 46.1%. The workshop was held in online mode due to the pandemic situation using Google Meet service.
