      <abstract>
        <p>The Fourth Workshop on Automated Semantic Analysis of Information in Legal Texts (ASAIL 2020) will be held online on December 9, 2020, in conjunction with the 33rd International Conference on Legal Knowledge and Information Systems (JURIX 2020). The purpose of the workshop is to provide a dedicated venue for legal NLP related work for which there has been an increasing number of AI&amp;Law conference submissions. The workshop received 7 submissions, which were all peer-reviewed and accepted for presentation. The final workshop program hence consists of 7 presentations (6 long, 1 short) and one discussion session. The papers presented are contained in this volume.</p>
