The Fifth Workshop on Automated Semantic Analysis of Information in Legal Texts (ASAIL 2021) will be held online on June 25, 2021, in conjunction with the 18th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Law (ICAIL 2021). The purpose of the workshop is to provide a dedicated venue for legal NLP related work for which there has been an increasing number of AI&Law conference submissions. The workshop received seven submissions. Four papers were accepted for publication and presentation as full papers after peer-review. The final workshop program hence consists of four presentations and one discussion session. The papers presented are contained in this volume.
