PREFACE
The scientific and practical conference «Distance Learning
Technologies» (DLT’2020) is annually held by the Saint-Petersburg
Electrotechnical University and V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University. This
collection includes 55 peer-reviewed papers presented at the conference. A total of
139 notes, papers and scientific reports were considered at the conference.
