      <abstract>
        <p>Within the framework of the presented material, the results of the conducted II International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information Technologies and Intelligent Decision Making Systems" (ITIDMS-II-2021). We are pleased to present a collection of materials to II International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information Technologies and Intelligent Decision Making Systems" (ITIDMS-II-2021), which took place on July 1, 2021 in Russian New University (Moscow, Russian Federation) and was dedicated to development of in_formation technology (In connection with COVID-19, the conference was held online in Zoom). The topics of the conference were as follows: ─ Information systems foundations, system administration; ─ Computer modeling, neural network software, data processing and information systems; ─ Computational intelligence and data mining; ─ Development of mathematical and software for modeling non-linear, nonstationary and non-uniform processes; ─ Intelligent, digital and automated systems and technologies; ─ Machine learning; ─ Predictive modeling; ─ Automation of technological and production processes; ─ Methods for modeling complex systems, applications in physics, chemistry, engineering, biology, medicine and industrial organization; ─ Cybernetics and organization of the production process.</p>
