Preface
Intelligent Transport Systems and Transport Security Workshop held within the framework of the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference with the International Participation «Technologies for Constructing Cognitive Transport Systems» on May 14, 2021 at Emperor Alexander I Petersburg State Transport University, St. Petersburg, Russia.
The objectives of the workshop were to bring together researchers interested in different aspects of models and methods of intelligent transport systems and transport security to share their experience in the use of computer-based engineering research and to strengthen links between universities and research organizations of all levels by means of combining excellence in teaching, learning and researching.

There were 16 reports at the workshop, 9 of which were selected for publication in this volume. All the papers reviewed by independent experts and members of the program committee.
