Preface

This conference was being held for the fourteen time on 28–29 May 2021 online for the second time
because of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is supported by the Science Fund of the University of Sofia “St.
Kliment Ohridski” and by the Bulgarian Chapter of the Association for Information Systems (BulAIS).

Total number of papers submitted for participation in ISGT’2021 was 42. They undergo the due selection
and revision by at least two members of the Program Committee.

This Proceeding comprises 34 papers of 50 Bulgarian and 21 foreign authors (coauthors).

The conference papers are available on the CEUR Workshop Proceedings (http://ceur-ws.org/) and on
the ISGT web page http://isgt.fmi.uni-sofia.bg/ (under “Previous conferences” tab).
