The CASA workshop focuses on the ma in principles of context -a wa re, a utonomous, a nd smart solutions, the current a rchitectura l needs a nd trends, the influence of the a pplica tion doma ins, the future issues a nd cha llenges to be a ddressed a t the a rchitectura l level. Novel design and development a pproa ches a re needed to fa ce the new issues ra ised by context-aware, a utonomous, a nd smart systems. New solutions a re expected to a ddress properly the tra de-offs a mong the va rious qua lity a ttributes cha ra cterizing these systems. Existing a rchitectural solutions should be a da pted a nd improved to meet the evolving a nd dynamic requirements of context-a ware, a utonomous, a nd smart systems. The workshop invites resea rchers a nd pra ctitioners from industry a nd a ca demic environments to sha re their solutions, idea s, visions, a nd doubts in the design of softwa re a rchitectures for such solutions. CASA 2021 edition ha s 5 pa pers a ccepted out of 7 submissions.
