    The Second Workshop of the Learner Data Institute was held virtually on June
29, 2021. An interactive keynote session, including a talk by Dr. Ryan S. Baker
entitled “Opportunities for Learning Engineering and Educational Data Mining:
Findings from an Asynchronous Virtual Convening,” was followed by six
contributed paper presentations. Papers were reviewed by the workshop organizers
and program committee, with a 75% acceptance rate (6 of 8 contributed papers
