China Justin Zhang, University of North Florida, USA International Conference on Smart Systems and Advanced Computing (SysCom 2021) is organized during December 26-27, 2021 in New Delhi, India (in virtual mode). This conference featured scientific work on smart solution concepts. It covers computational collective intelligence, which encompasses smart device interactions, smart surroundings, and smart ability to interact, as well as information technology support for these areas. It concentrates on cutting-edge research and technologies in smart systems, advanced computing for intelligent autonomous systems. The objectives of SysCom 2021 are to provide a premier international platform for deliberations on strategies, recent trends, innovative approaches, discussions, and presentations on the most recent development in the field of smart system technology from the perspective of providing awareness and its best practices for the real world. Moreover, the motivation to organize this conference is to promote research by sharing innovative ideas among all levels of the scientific community and to provide opportunities to develop creative solutions to various real-world problems. The conference welcomed papers of either practical or theoretical nature, presenting research or applications addressing all aspects of smart devices technology, advanced data processing, security, and networking technologies, that concern organization, and individuals, thus creating new research opportunities. Moreover, the conference program included various tracks, special sessions, invited talks, presentations delivered by researchers from the international community, and keynote speeches. There were 65 papers submitted for peer-review in SysCom 2021. Out of these, 22 best quality papers are accepted and presented.
