REFSQ 2022 continued the tradition to encourage researchers and practitioners to submit poster and tool demonstration proposals covering any aspect of Requirements Engineering. This REFSQ track gives researchers the chance to present recent work, obtain early feedback on ongoing research, and raise awareness of current tool prototypes. We received five submissions for the posters and tool demonstrations track. All submissions were reviewed by at least three members of the Program Committee (PC) and we are happy to say that all five posters or tool demonstrations were of high quality and were accepted: ● On the Role of Data Engineering Decisions in AI-Based Applications by Aurek Chattopadhyay, Matthew Van Doren, Reese Johnson and Nan Niu ● Well-being Integrated Development Environments (WIDEs) Framework: A Research Preview by Sara Hassan, Andrew Wilson and John Galvin ● A method to deal with social bias and desirability in ethical requirements by Claudia NegriRibalta ● xPACE and TASC Modeler: tool support for data-driven context modeling by Rodrigo Falcão, Rafael King and Antônio Lázaro Carvalho ● Modeling Tool for Managing Requirements and Backlogs in Agile Software Development by Catalina Florut and Robert Andrei Buchmann The authors of each accepted poster or tool demonstration presented their work during the conference. In addition, each submission is also included in the REFSQ 2022 Joint Proceedings of the Co-located Events in the form of a short paper. Special emphasis was placed this year on making this track more popular and livelier. The participants of REFSQ 2022 had the chance to select the best Poster and/or tool demonstration by voting for them. In addition, each poster and tool author had the opportunity to give a short pitch to introduce the research described in the short paper to the conference audience.
