This volume contains the proceedings of the third edition of the inter-
national workshop and challenge on computer vision in endoscopy-
(EndoCV). Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the workshop was virtu-
ally held as a webinar on the 28th of March 2022 (initially planned to
be held in Kolkata, India). For the fourth time this challenge was co-
located with the 19th IEEE International Symposium on Biomedical
Imaging (ISBI2022).
   This year we received 13 full paper submissions. All the papers
were reviewed through CMT by at least 2 reviewers. Eight high
quality papers were accepted for publication.
