                                                   Preface

It is our pleasure to present you the proceedings of 3rd International Workshop on Intelligent Information
technologies and Systems of Information Security (IntelITSIS-2022), held in Khmelnytskyi (Ukraine) in March
23-25, 2022.

3rd International Workshop on Intelligent Information Technologies & Information Security Systems
(IntelITSIS-2022) is dedicated to the upcoming 60th Anniversary of Khmelnytskyi National University.

This workshop is organized by Computer Engineering & Information Systems Department of Khmelnytskyi
National University with the support of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION “UKRAINIAN SCIENTIFIC AND
EDUCATIONAL IT SOCIETY”.

The IntelITSIS-2022 focuses on all technical and practical aspects of the latest research and results of
international scientists and practitioners related to intelligent information technologies, information security
systems, and computer and cyberphysical systems and networks. This workshop provides opportunities to
exchange new ideas, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future
collaboration.

International Program Committee has 34 members. 100% of the IntelITSIS-2022 International Program
Committee members have more than 15 DBLP papers. There are the representatives of 14 Universities from
around the world from United Kingdom, USA, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Turkey, Egypt, Poland,
Estonia, and Greece (City University of London, Oxford Brookes University, Newcastle University, Leeds
Beckett University, University of Maine, University of Vienna, Comenius University in Bratislava, Hellenic
Army Academy, Karabuk University, University of Ostrava, Silesian University of Technology, Tallinn
University of Technology, Zilina University, Ain Shams University) and of 7 Ukrainian Universities
(Khmelnytskyi National University, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, West Ukrainian National
University, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Kherson National Technical University, National Aerospace
University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute”, National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute").

3rd International Workshop on Intelligent Information Technologies & Systems of Information Security
received 120 submissions from Ukraine and the world. All papers were evaluated by two or three reviewers.
Based on the reviews, a rating of papers was compiled. Papers with a positive average scores were accepted
for presentation at the Workshop. According to the decision of the International Program Committee, 52
papers were accepted for presentation at the Workshop. So, final acceptance rate is 43%.

The IntelITSIS-2022 joined scientists from Ukraine, United Kingdom, USA, Slovakia, Nigeria, Czech Republic,
Austria, Poland, Estonia, Germany, Egypt, Algeria, India, Turkey, Greece. In general, the representatives from
23 Universities from around the world, 1 industrial partner from Ukraine and 41 Ukrainian Universities
(summary 65 institutions) will take part in the Workshop.

We would like to thank the members of International Program Committee and Organizing Committee, and
external reviewers for their excellent and tireless work. We sincerely thank everyone for a fruitful work and
interesting presentations! We hope that the workshop results make a significant contribution to the
development of intelligent information technologies, information security systems and computer and
cyberphysical systems & networks in Ukraine and in the world.
