Department of Cybersecurity and Software, Ukraine The III International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information Security and Information Technologies" (ISecIT2021) was held on September 13-19, 2021 in Odessa (Ukraine) as part of the Digital Reality Forum in a hybrid format (it was held as a hybrid of an in-person and virtual event). The conference presented reports on research in the field of information security of the state, society and the individual, information security in computer systems and networks, integrated information security systems, programming, information and communication technologies, information technologies in economics, medicine and education. The conference was also aimed at the exchange of new ideas, obtained theoretical and practical results of scientific research in the field of information security and computer technology, discussion of the current state of information security in Ukraine and in the world, as well as ways to improve it, discussion of promising areas of information technology development, integrate efforts to implement research results, establish creative contacts and expand scientific links. The main goal of the DR forum and the ISecIT2021 conference is to provide participants with a free platform for communication, exchange of opinions and ideas, presentation of new research and developments for discussion, search for partners for cooperation and research. In addition, the conference included invited presentations, specialized round tables on professional topics and keynote presentations.
This year we received 50 papers submitted for peer review; of these, 43 were accepted for this volume, 5 as regular papers, and 38 as short papers.
We thank the Program Committee members, the authors, and the organizers for their work and contribution. We look forward to further cooperation at future conferences and publications.
