On the birth centenary of Geoff Tootill, we organized Tootill 100 – 6th International
Conference on Computing Sciences (ICCS 2022), was held on 22nd April 2022 to
24th April 2022. Workshop on Computer Networks and Communications is a
satellite event of ICCS 2022. The workshop was originally scheduled to take place
in Chennai, India, but was eventually held online as a virtual meeting because of
the COVID – 19 pandemic and restrictions imposed by Government of India.
Workshop was attended by 43 participants.

Workshop on Networks and Communications solicited research and good review
papers, both theoretical and practical, investigating computer networks and
communications.

We received sixteen papers and out of which seven papers were accepted and
presented in the workshop. Initial screening was done using Turnitin Plagiarism
software. The papers were evaluated on the basis of completeness, relevance to
the workshop, originality, novelty, technical quality, structure and presentation of
the paper and adequate references to previous work. Every paper was reviewed by
3 reviewers and the review comments were shared with the authors for
incorporating the suggestions and comments.
Workshop had participation from various countries – India, Peru, France, Italy,
Norway, Iran, United States, UK, Malaysia and Portugal.

We are thankful to the CEUR Workshop Proceedings (CEUR-WS.org) advisory
and management team for providing valuable guidance and for publishing this
conference proceedings. We thank all the Committee members for their valuable
inputs and time, for making this workshop very successful. We thank all the
authors and presenters for disseminating their research outcomes through this
workshop. We appreciate each and everyone involved to make this conference
meaningful.
