  Summary: There were 12 submissions to the challenge across 3 rounds. Out of these, 8 participating systems submitted a paper to the challenge. Four papers describing datasets for the challenge were also submitted. Out of the 12 total paper submissions, we accepted all 12 papers for this volume, 5 as regular papers, 6 as short papers, and 1 as a poster paper.
