Preface The Tunisian Algerian Conference on Applied Computing (TACC 2022) is s an event organized by LABEX-Tunisian Algerian Laboratory to promote the exchange of recent advances and developments between researchers in various areas of Applied Computing. Leading researchers and industry experts, researchers, and Ph.D. students presenting their latest studies through papers and oral presentations. This conference edition is dedicated to the study of applied research on real-world problems. The TACC 2022 contributions are addressed, through two tracks, the first one is on Recent Research in fundamental & Applied Computing, and the second is a doctoral symposium. In addition, a one-day workshop on cyber security and Elastic (is held in conjunction with the conference) which focuses on mechanisms for Enterprise Security and how Elastic XDR actionnate the big data to protect organizations from security threats. The TACC 2021 contributions are devoted to the following fields, but are not limited to:  Artificial Intelligence and Agents  Distributed Systems  Information Systems  Software Engineering  Software Architecture  System and Software Security  Algorithms, automata, and complexity  Logic, semantics, and theory of programming  Static analysis, verification, and testing  Applications of IoT, AI, Cloud, and BIG Data for environmental sustainability In response to the call for papers, 18 papers were submitted. Each paper was reviewed by at least three reviewers and evaluated based on originality, quality, and relevance to the conference topics. The Program Committee selected 11 papers (8 as full papers and 3 as Emerging research papers) for publication in the proceedings and presentation at the Conference. The program was completed with excellent invited talks given by Prof. Ladjel Bellatreche (LIAS Laboratory, ISAE ENSMA, Poitier, France) and Prof. Hamid Mcheick (UQAC, Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, Canada) and Dr. Ilham Kitouni (LISIA Laboratory, Constantine2 University, Algeria) We would like to express our appreciation to the authors of the submitted papers, the Program Committee members, and the external reviewers.
