The Computer Vision Winter Workshop (CVWW) is an annual international meeting of computer vision research groups from Graz, Ljubljana, Prague, and Vienna. The workshop aims to promote interaction and exchange of ideas between researchers and graduate students. Its goal is to promote interaction and exchange of ideas among researchers and PhD students. However, the workshop is open to all, as evidenced by the many international contributors and participants, and aims to foster a community of collaboration and knowledge-sharing among computer vision researchers. A total of 36 papers from 7 countries were submitted for CVWW2023. The program chairs coordinated the selection of the contributions and conducted a double-blind process. The international technical program committee consisted of 33 renowned computer vision experts who performed the peer review. Each paper was reviewed by three experts who were asked to comment on the strengths and weaknesses of the papers and to justify their recommendation for acceptance or rejection of a paper. Program chairs relied on the reviewers' comments to make the final decision on each submission. As a result of this review process, of the 36 papers submitted, 22 papers were accepted for presentation, and out of these, 10 original papers were accepted for publication. The program chairs would like to thank all reviewers for their high quality and detailed comments, which served as valuable feedback to all authors, and most importantly, for their time and effort, which contributed to the success of CVWW2023. The workshop program included two invited talks by the founders of the CVWW series, Prof. Vaclav Hlavac and Prof. Franc Solina, who presented their views on the history and future of computer vision at the workshop.
