        <p>It is our pleasure to present you the proceedings of the 1st International Workshop on Computer Information Technologies in Industry 4.0 (CITI-2023), held in Ternopil, Ukraine, from June 14 to 16, 2023. The workshop is organized by the Faculty of Applied Information Technologies and Electrical Engineering of Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University and is aimed at discussing the current state and features of the implementation and use of the latest achievements in the field of computer information technologies in various areas of industry. For "Industry 4.0" the basic is application of such technologies as: Internet of Things, Digital Ecosystems, Big Data Analytics, Complex Information Systems. Actually, the coverage and discussion of the latest scientific achievements in these four directions, which combine modern technical achievements with information technologies for "Industry 4.0", is the main goal of CITI-2023. This workshop provides opportunities to exchange new ideas establish business or research relationships and find global partners for future cooperation. International Program Committee has 21 members. 100 % of CITI-2023 International Program Committee members have more than 10 DBLP papers. There are the representatives of 5 Ukrainian Universities and of 6 Universities from around the world (Slovakia, Poland, Malaysia and China). The 1st International Workshop on Computer Information Technologies in Industry 4.0 (CITI-2023) received 57 submissions from Ukraine and the world. All papers were evaluated by two or three reviewers. Based on the reviews, a rating of papers was compiled. Papers with a positive average scores were accepted for presentation at the Workshop. According to the decision of the International Program Committee, 29 papers were conditionally accepted for presentation at the workshop. We received camera-ready papers, which were also evaluated by reviewers (it was checked whether all comments and recommendations were taken into account). As a result, only 28 camera ready papers are accepted for presentation at the Workshop. The CITI-2023 joined scientists from Ukraine, Poland, France. In general, the representatives from 2 Universities from around the world, and 17 Ukrainian Universities will take part in the workshop. So, final acceptance rate is 46%. We would like to thank the members of International Program Committee and Organizing Committee, and external reviewers for their excellent and tireless work. We sincerely wish everyone fruitful work and interesting presentations! We hope that the workshop results make a significant contribution to the development of intelligent information technologies in Ukraine and the world.</p>
