ITASEC23 is the seventh edition of the Italian conference on Cybersecurity - a growing and successful conference that aims to bridge the Italian communities of scientific research, policy, industry, and society in Cybersecurity. ITASEC23 has been organized by CINI (National Interuniversity Consortium for Informatics) Cybersecurity National Lab, and supported by the Italy's National Cybersecurity Authority (ACN). ITASEC23 was held on May 2-5, 2023 in Bari (Italy). The conference solicited two types of submissions: unpublished contributions to be included in this post-proceedings, and presentation-only contributions of already published or preliminary work. We received 104 submissions, 49 of which were for the presentation-only category and 55 original manuscripts. After collecting at least three reviews per paper, the committee decided to accept 29 original papers in the unpublished category, which are included in this post-proceedings volume. Other 46 papers from the presentation-only category have been accepted and have been presented at the conference without being included in this volume. ITASEC23 has required a huge efort by many people.
