      <abstract>
        <p>The International Conference on Software Business (ICSOB) is focused on software-intensive businesses from the Software Engineering and Information Systems perspectives. In 2023, ICSOB accepted posters and demos as a part of the conference, which included, in addition to the physical presentation at the conference venue, an extended abstract of up to four pages. These posters and demos and their extended abstracts focused on topics related to startups, requirements prioritization, artificial intelligence, hybrid work, agile software development, productivity, IT infrastructure management, green ICT, business ecosystems, sustainability, and software ecosystems. Each poster was peer-reviewed by at least three program committee members, and ten posters or demos were accepted this way as extended abstracts. They showcase early and mid-stage research results focusing on these themes. At the venue, the posters and demos were presented by means of a 2-minute pitch per presenter, in addition to a poster session where the conference participants could go from poster to poster (or demo) while having discussions with the authors of the posters. We thank the authors for their submissions to this track, as well as the program committee for reviewing them. Poster and Demo Track Chairs1 Program Committee</p>
