SIoT-2023 is the 1st International Workshop on Semantic IoT (SIoT-2023), Co-located with the KGSWC-2023. This workshop showcase papers on cutting-edge research projects, emphasizing the integration of semantics in healthcare and highlighting the crucial role of semantic interoperability in enhancing connectivity among IoT devices. Additionally, it will provide insights into addressing challenges in knowledge sharing within the e-health domain. These succinct papers aim to foster discussions and collaboration among researchers, advancing our understanding of the intersection between semantics, artificial intelligence, and specific application domains. First, our thanks go to the all organizers of the main events and Program Committee members for ensuring a rigorous review process that led to anexcellent scientific program and an average of three reviews per article. SIoT-2023 workshop has received 3 papers and accepted 3 papers after rigorous reviewing process. All accepted papers were long papers. Each paper was reviewed by three reviewers with different backgrounds. The following papers were accepted for publication and presented at the workshop: • A Semantic AI Conceptual Prototype for the Semantic Cancer Knowledge Framework (SCKF) • The Importance of Semantic Interoperability in The Internet of Things (IOT) • Towards a Multi-Viewpoints Ontological Model for Knowledge Sharing in E-health
