Background and Motivations The 3rd Italian Workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Applications for Business and Industries (AIABI) is co-located and held within the 22nd International Conference of the Italian Association for Artificial Intelligence (AIxIA 2023) at Rome and organized by Social Thingum, an Italian notable AI scale-up company and private research and technology-transfer center, located in Milan, Lombardy, University of Milano Bicocca and University of Macerata. The workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Applications for Business and Industries (AIABI) holds significant motivation and scientific relevance to the conference audience. With the pervasive influence of AI on various business sectors, understanding its applications and implications has become crucial for both academia and industry professionals. The workshop provides a unique opportunity for conference attendees to delve into the latest advancements, practical implementations, and case studies of AI in real-world business scenarios.
