This proceedings include papers of the KGR4XAI workshop, Posters and Demonstration session, which complements the full papers of the conference. The workshop provides an opportunity to present late-breaking research results, ongoing research projects, and speculative or innovative work in progress. Poster and Demo presentations allow researchers to present their work directly to the audience and receive feedback on significant work in progress, bleeding-edge work, or research that is best communicated interactively or graphically. Seven workshop papers were submitted, from which four were accepted following a stringent review process. For the Poster and Demo sessions, ten papers were submitted, and after rigorous review, eight papers were accepted. Among these eight papers, three were presented in the Demo session. The workshop organizers and the Poster and Demo chair would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the outstanding program committee for their diligent eforts in reviewing the submitted papers. Their constructive criticism, along with their invaluable comments and suggestions, played a pivotal role in ensuring the publication of high-quality content.
