It is our pleasure to present you the proceedings of 5th International Workshop on Intelligent Information
technologies and Systems of Information Security (IntelITSIS-2024), held in Khmelnytskyi (Ukraine) in March
28, 2024.

5th International Workshop on Intelligent Information Technologies & Information Security Systems
(IntelITSIS-2024) is dedicated to the upcoming 20th Anniversary of Computer Engineering & Information
Systems Department at Khmelnytskyi National University.

This workshop is organized by Computer Engineering & Information Systems Department of Khmelnytskyi
National University with the support of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION “UKRAINIAN SCIENTIFIC AND
EDUCATIONAL IT SOCIETY”.

The IntelITSIS-2024 focuses on all technical and practical aspects of the latest research and results of
international scientists and practitioners related to intelligent information technologies, and information
security systems. This workshop provides opportunities to exchange new ideas, to establish business or
research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

International Program Committee has 27 members. 100% of the IntelITSIS-2024 International Program
Committee members have more than 15 DBLP papers. There are the representatives of 13 Universities from
around the world – United Kingdom, USA, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Poland, and Estonia (City
University of London, Oxford Brookes University, Newcastle University, Leeds Beckett University , University
of Maine, Missouri University of Science and Technology, University of Vienna, Comenius University in
Bratislava, Prigo University, Silesian University of Technology, Tallinn University of Technology, Zilina
University, Ain Shams University) and of 6 Ukrainian Universities (Khmelnytskyi National University, Taras
Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, West Ukrainian National University, Lviv Polytechnic National
University, Kherson National Technical University, National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation
Institute”).

5th International Workshop on Intelligent Information Technologies & Systems of Information Security
received 65 submissions from Ukraine and the world. All papers were evaluated by two or three reviewers.
Based on the reviews, a rating of papers was compiled. Papers with a positive average scores were accepted
for presentation at the Workshop. According to the decision of the International Program Committee, 28
papers were accepted for presentation at the Workshop. So, final acceptance rate is 43%.

The IntelITSIS-2024 joined scientists from Ukraine, United Kingdom, USA, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria,
Poland, Estonia, Egypt, Algeria, Lithuania, Serbia. In general, the representatives from 20 Universities from
around the world and 19 Ukrainian Universities (summary 39 institutions) took part in the Workshop.

We would like to thank the members of International Program Committee and Organizing Committee, and
external reviewers for their excellent and tireless work. We sincerely thank everyone for a fruitful work and
interesting presentations! We hope that the workshop results make a significant contribution to the
development of intelligent information technologies, and information security systems in Ukraine and in the
world.
