      <p>Dynamic Systems Modeling and Stability Research (DSMSI-2023) is a leading international
forum that brings together researchers and practitioners in the field of information technology and
applied mathematics to study the fundamental role, interaction, and practical impact of computer
science in the modern world. The purpose of the event is the presentation and discussion of the latest
scientific results in the field of computer science, applied mathematics and information technologies,
research and development of methodologies, technologies and tools for the digital transformation of
society on this basis. The collection includes peer-reviewed articles selected by the program
committee and presented at the master classes of the 20th International Scientific Conference
Modeling Dynamic Systems and Stability Research (DSMSI-2023, December 19-21, 2023, Kyiv,
Ukraine). The conference was held in the format of a video conference using the Zoom platform on
the following topics:
1. Computer applied mathematics;
2. Mathematical foundations of information technologies.</p>
