For 29 years, this conference has been a beacon of knowledge and innovation at the Catholic University of Santa María, from its first edition in 1992 to the present day. Over the years, JINIS has brought together prominent scientists, researchers, and entrepreneurs in the field of systems engineering, both nationally and internationally. The primary purpose of this event is to foster the exchange of ideas and the advancement of knowledge around systems engineering. This year, we are proud to once again present an agenda filled with relevant and cutting-edge topics addressing the most current challenges and opportunities in the field. From cybersecurity and data protection to machine learning and responsible artificial intelligence, the selected thematic axes and topics reflect the diversity and complexity of the issues we face today. We hope that these Proceedings will serve as an invaluable source of information and a stimulus for future research and developments in the field of systems engineering.
