        <p>In an era characterized by digital transformation, the convergence of technology and healthcare is transforming medical practice and patient experience. The INI-DH: Innovative Interfaces in Digital Healthcare workshop leads this groundbreaking change, emphasizing the importance of visual interfaces in healthcare. This workshop seeks to unite innovators, healthcare professionals, designers, and researchers to investigate the diverse applications of visual interfaces in digital healthcare. INII-DH focuses on the design, development, and implementation of advanced visual interfaces, such as user-friendly apps, augmented reality tools, and virtual healthcare environments. We organized the first edition of the INI-DH workshop in conjunction with the 17th International Conference on Advanced Visual Interfaces in conjunction with International Conference on Advanced Visual Interfaces 2024 (AVI 2024) in Arenzano (Genoa), Italy. Eleven papers were submitted, nine of which were accepted. Four papers focused on the extraction and analysis of data from biomedical sensors or IoT devices. These studies have explored detection modalities such as gait, gaze, EEG, and ECG, analyzing the data using advanced techniques. Some of these papers have leveraged Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning techniques to identify meaningful patterns in the data, enabling deeper under- standing and practical application of their findings The other five papers focused on the visual representation of biomedical data. In particular, they focused on the use of advanced GUIs, Augmented Reality, and gamification to improve the visualization and interpretation of medical images and sensor data. We plan to have new editions of the workshop in the future.</p>
