There were 9 paper submissions, out of which 2 papers were withdrawn by the authors, 1 paper was rejected, and 6 papers were accepted for presentation and publication. Among the 6 accepted papers, one was accepted as a short paper, and five were accepted as full papers. Each submietd paper was reviewed by two members of an international program commiete (full list below). We would like to thank the program commiete, the paper authors, the participants, and the NWO (Dutch Research Council) through the projects DiTEC (DiTEC: Digital Twin for Evolutionary Changes in water networks) and DDTClean (Intelligent Wastewater Treatment: Distributed Digital Twin for Clean Wate) who have made this workshop possible.
